We have a 5 day return policy from when you receive the pack. Please note that the travel pack itself and ALL items within the travel packs must be still in its original unopened packaging for us to consider a refund.
Email us help@kidzbuzybagz.com with all details and send the package through registered postage. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered return packages.
Once we received the package you will be notified if it is eligible for a refund or not.
Please note the postage fees are non-refundable and we charge a 12% restocking fee as all items are handpicked and packed.
