We have a 5 days return policy from when you receive the pack. Please note that the travel pack itself and all items within the travel pack must be still in its original unopened packaging for us to consider a refund .
Email us ASAP with all details and send the package through registered postage. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered return packages.
Once we received the package you will be notified if it is eligible for a refund or not.
Please note the postage fees are non-refundable and we charge a 12% restocking fee as items are handpicked and packed
